Roland Schneefuss

Vice President and Head of Global Sales

Roland Schneefuss is the Vice President and Head of Global Sales at Imubit, where he is responsible for revenue growth, go-to-market strategies, and customer success.

Roland’s experience includes over 15 years in leading presales, solution delivery, consultancy for enterprise-level software solutions and professional digitalization consulting services to F500 and mid-market companies in the oil & gas, power/utilities, chemical, pulp & paper, CPG, F&B and other process manufacturing industries.

Prior to joining Imubit, Roland served in a variety of positions at AVEVA, including VP of North America, Houston/Calgary/Mexico City, and VP of Technical Services, Head of PMO for the Dubai/Houston regions. In these roles, Roland led the growth of direct and indirect sales, marketing, presales and delivery for manufacturing power, chemical, oil & gas, pulp and paper, EPC, and AEC. He also managed P&L of presales and solution delivery resources, as well as project portfolio management for North America and EMEA. His previous experiences include working for iXIT Eng Tech/McKinsey and RedBull.

Roland is a Veteran of the German Armed Forces and holds both an MBA in Industrial Engineering and an MSC in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Darmstadt.
