Imubit named a Leader in the ARC MarketMap 2026 for Autonomous Execution Agents

ARC Advisory Group positions Imubit as a Leader in the ARC MarketMap 2026: Autonomous Execution Agents, Continuous Process Edition, its study of AI that executes decisions in the plant rather than only recommending them.

ARC Advisory Group has positioned Imubit as a Leader in the ARC MarketMap 2026: Autonomous Execution Agents, Continuous Process Edition.

What ARC looked at

In ARC's definition, autonomous execution agents "must possess write-back execution capabilities, moving beyond passive monitoring and predictive alerts to autonomously alter system states." ARC evaluated eleven suppliers on solution capabilities and strategic vision, drawing on live capability demonstrations, secondary research and a detailed supplier questionnaire.

Closed loop on what the plant already runs

ARC names closed-loop execution as one of the market's key trends, and cites Imubit: "Vendors like Imubit autonomously alter setpoints and system states, writing optimized supervisory targets directly back through existing DCS and APC layers under operator-defined safety guardrails."

That is how Imubit runs in production. Closed loop works on top of the APC and DCS a plant already has, always inside the envelope its engineers set, and operators can take over at any time. Imubit has over 100 closed-loop controllers deployed worldwide, and 300+ applications deployed, from inferentials to closed loop. Read more on what Closed-Loop Physical AI is.

Where to start

Find out what your gap to plan is costing you.

  • One to two hours for your team to prepare and upload the data package

  • Results within a few working days of approval

  • No workshops

Send your data as it is. Gaps, outages and noisy tags are normal, and our engineers screen and clean them in the platform. If anything limits a use case, we tell you.
