You, a top-notch Product Management leader with a proven track record, to drive product definition across an organization that will scale to support thousands of plants, in what will become the largest manufacturing optimization system the world has ever known. Role Description:

• Lead definition of all customer-facing as well as internal products, together forming Imubit’s complete solution
• Build and guide a diverse product team that includes product managers from different backgrounds – chemical engineering, software, machine learning, and product management
• Work with all stakeholders within and outside the organization to establish needs and define product requirements
• Develop roadmaps for all products by integrating tactical and strategic company objectives with execution capacity
• Work tightly with engineering and machine learning teams, balancing product requirements with architecture and timeline
• Develop deep domain knowledge and serve as the central point integrating all pieces of the system into a coherent solution
• Implement best in class product management methodologies to get the highest quality product and the most efficient execution

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a product management leader
• At least 10 years experience in product management or technical leadership roles (software architecture, R&D leadership, etc.)
• Vast experience in leading product management teams and delivering products in startups or corporates, from white-board to reality
• Ability to dive into complex technological product domains (demonstrated for examples in domains of security, networking, telco, etc.)
• Ability and desire to span from high-level concepts to low-level details
• Vast experience working on Enterprise Software mission-critical products
• Experience in both SaaS and On-Premise product development
• Strong customer and business orientation
• Strong presentation skills and ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization
• Intellectual curiosity – enjoying new ideas, the opportunity to learn and grasp concepts quickly
• BSc in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent from a well-known university
• Excellent English
