Hob Hairston is Imubit’s Vice President of Global Delivery and brings over 20 years of experience in scaling global operations within the oil and gas industry. He will focus on driving efficiency and ensuring Imubit’s delivery teams consistently meet and exceed client expectations.
Hob has a strong background in digital transformation and organizational change, with a proven ability to modernize processes and deliver impactful solutions. At Dover Fueling Solutions, he led initiatives that transformed the fuel and convenience retail industry, and at Mansfield Energy, he drove enterprise-wide innovation and growth.
An advocate for technology leadership, Hob has contributed to shaping the future of IT management through his work with the MSITM Advisory Council at Texas McCombs School of Business. He holds an MBA from the University of Houston and dual bachelor’s degrees from The University of Texas at Austin.
