Imubit is looking for a top-notch Marketing Manager to help transcend process industries with breakthrough machine learning technology. Your location can be anywhere in the United States, however, you will be required to travel to our Houston Headquarters at least once a month.

We Are Looking For:

You are an experienced and highly-driven marketing manager that will help devise and execute a full B2B digital marketing strategy. You have experience owning and executing the company’s marketing technology stack and can implement the company’s buyer’s journey. You have experience with ABM and B2B activities to successfully drive customers to achieve key milestones as part of the sales process. You are ready to be seen as the expert in digital marketing and can also apply your expertise in more traditional marketing channels defining and driving KPIs. You have creative ideas when it comes to leveraging a single form of content across multiple mediums and channels. In This Position You Will:

  • Manages all of marketing execution and the technology stack
  • Defines business case to modify or add to the stack
  • Manages daily administrative tasks to ensure the Product / Marketing department runs smoothly
  • Manages Content Management Systems (CMS), including Imubit’s Website
  • Leads promotion of company messaging via Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and runs campaigns for various marketing activities. This includes paid ad campaigns.
  • Helps make analytical decisions on which conferences to attend and assists with organizing promotional events and conferences
  • Conducts marketing analytics review with company leadership and drives change based on data
  • Defines and owns company’s social media presence and strategy
  • Coordinates with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create advertising material (e.g. brochures and newsletters, social media). Defines the content that is needed per persona
  • Manages organization and structure of all marketing content
  • Supports sales when needed, helping escalate high-priority issues
  • Develops and conduct surveys and present data
  • Travel 20% to assist the Imubit team at conferences


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field required

Must Have Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in B2B
  • Minimum 5 years in marketing functions and roles
  • Deep expertise in Digital Marketing execution and operations
  • Expertise in a full marketing stack for a mid-scale company
  • Has hands-on-experience managing Content Management Systems including websites and social media
  • Has successfully modified marketing strategy or execution with use of analytics
  • Has the ability to edit and create content when needed
  • Can update and present marketing status to different stakeholders
  • Has coordinated and planned events & campaigns
  • Worked in a fast-paced environment in a critical marketing function


  • Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns
  • Has advanced skills in Wordpress
  • Has experience planning and coordinating events for companies (bonus is in petrochemicals and refining)
  • Has graphic design skills/perspective to create content (sales flyers, posters, small graphics for website)
  • Has experience setting up marketing analytics and making strategic decisions on how to adapt promotion
  • Has experience developing/managing webinars and video testimonials
  • Worked in tech industry or previous startup defining tech stack from ground up

Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques (please define which applications)
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, web analytics and Google Adwords
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized and has strong time-management skills
  • Strong business aptitude that can be leveraged for other business functions
