In this position you will:

  • Support all HR functions to deliver seamless and efficient people services.
  • Own all employee-related safety compliance, including DISA, OSHA, and TWIC.
  • Accommodate candidates’ administrative needs, and ensure a positive and welcoming hiring process.
  • Liaison multiple cross-functional tasks as part of onboarding, offboarding, team building events, and benefits management. 


Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Ability to handle high volume in a high pace environment
  • Professional, accountable, high energy, and collaborative team player, yet the ability to work independently
  • A self-starter and resourceful with the ability to navigate through complexity
  • Communication/interpersonal skills. 
  • Experience with Google Suite a plus
  • Experience in background check or safety compliance a plus (DISA, OSHA, TWIC)
  • Experience with travel arrangements a plus
  • Customer service or administrative support background
