Job Description: 

Imubit is looking for you, a top-notch, highly efficient office manager who pays attention to details and has a passion for getting things right the first time.

In this position, responsibility includes creating and maintaining a pleasant work environment, and ensuring a high level of organizational effectiveness and communication. You will perform a variety of tasks, supporting our executives and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. 


Responsibilities: 

⦁ Point of contact for overall office wellbeing (maintenance, supplies, equipment, etc.)

⦁ Ensure the office’s day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

⦁ Work closely with the company’s highest managers and stakeholders.

⦁ Managing invoicing, bills, expense reports and purchase orders. 

⦁ Travel arrangements.  

⦁ Organizing and coordinating meetings. 

⦁ Move quickly and keep up to date on events, meetings, deadlines, and business plans.


Requirements: 

⦁ Available for a full-time position - working hours.

⦁ At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a startup/high-tech company.

⦁ Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize. 

⦁ Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication. 

⦁ Must have a very keen eye for detail and accuracy. 

⦁ Ability to work independently. 

⦁ Strong computer skills with a proficiency in Google Suite, especially Gmail, etc.

⦁ Discretely handle sensitive and confidential information and interactions.

⦁ Fluent English is a must.
