Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a global recruitment and talent strategy to support organizational mission, vision, and goals
  • Support the company’s exponential growth by identifying, assessing, and bringing top talent to Imubit.
  • Ensure the implementation and execution of the recruitment function (sourcing, screening, submitting, interviewing) of candidates that meet or exceed hiring targets.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders including senior business leaders, finance, and hiring managers to determine future talent needs and set and drive enabling sourcing strategies
  • Creates and executes a strong recruitment strategy to effectively achieve aggressive hiring goals through accurate forecasting and strong leadership
  • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, develop and manage all recruitment policies, processes, and programs
  • Implement global sourcing and recruiting campaigns to attract and acquire high-quality talent
  • Building market intelligence, prioritization, and understanding the value of providing exceptional recruiting services that scale.
  • Drive improvements to global recruitment policies and processes to ensure streamlined, effective, and high-quality services are delivered, and provide regular recruitment metrics and report on progress
  • Provide general recruitment and talent acquisition support, including defining job requirements and responsibilities, writing job ads and descriptions, posting open positions, conducting phone/Skype interviews, screening resumes, coordinating of interviews, and addressing general employment inquiries
  • Ensure recruiters and hiring managers have a clear mutual understanding of staffing policies, practices, processes, and priorities;

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Minimum of ten (10) years in full-cycle recruiting which must include at least 2 years of international recruitment
  • 5 + years of experience utilizing metrics and data to drive decision-making on recruiting strategy and headcount planning in a recruiting environment.
  • Experience implementing recruitment management solutions; using both internet recruitment sources and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Demonstrated ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high volume environment; Startup experience a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation/attitude
  • Strong written, presentation/verbal, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of current trends and diverse sourcing strategies, including best practices in social media usage
  • Demonstrated sensitivity and discretion when handling confidential information;
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity, knowledge of and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
  • Thriving in an innovative, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring the ability to roll up their sleeves and dive deeply into the work.
