You, a super-intelligent (both IQ and EQ) person, with amazing interpersonal skills. You are a passionate, hustling, hard-working and self-motivated individual that aspires to take a significant part in a market-disrupting team. You have a strong HR track record from a fast growing startup and demonstrated ability to build, operate, and lead a localized people strategy. You are dependable, well-organized, and business driven, and are excited about developing Imubit’s culture.


In this position you will:

  • Own Imubit’s HR goals in Israel, including: management and IC guidance and coaching and development, retention, legal compliance, team building, etc.
  • Work closely and with local company leaders to deliver seamless and efficient people partnerships.
  • Identify and analyze people trends and work with the HR and leadership team to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Plan, structure and lead the local employee experience efforts to provide an engaging and welcoming work environment.


Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in various HR functions.
  • Experience working in fast growing startups.
  • BA (or higher degree) in relevant field from a well-known institution
  • Ability to handle high volume in a high pace environment
  • Professional, accountable, high energy, and collaborative team player, yet the ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Labor law knowledge - a great advantage
