· Work closely with the office manager and HR team, by providing administrative assistance, such as scheduling appointments, ordering office supplies and accepting deliveries.
· Support the office manager with planning and executing events and office meetings.
· Supporting the office manager with maintaining the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and travel arrangements.
· Passion for customer service, and administrative experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
· Knowledgeable with Google tools (Docs, Sheets etc')
· Ability to handle confidential information.
