In your role you will:

● Develop mission critical software that integrates with and operates production systems

● Develop using Python and utilize Python’s rich ecosystem including the latest frameworks

● Develop web applications using modern frontend frameworks

● Work with high volumes of time series data using best in class data analysis frameworks

● Take part in architecture, design, and implementation of our flagship product

● Measure, analyze, and improve existing code to enhance functionality, performance and robustness

● Take an active role in coding best practices processes such as code reviews, unit testing and automated test development. Review team members code and get your own code reviewed by the team and continuously improve your development skills

● Work with our algorithms team that develops cutting edge machine learning algorithms

Requirements:

● 3+ years of proven experience in server-side development (Python/Java/C#/etc.)

● 3+ years of proven experience in client-side development using a well known framework such as React/Angular/Vue.js

● Good understanding of Vanilla Javascript and how browsers work under the hood

● Good understanding of web concepts – DOM, CORS, Ajax, WebAPI

● Experience in creating high quality user experiences, and implementing fine grained visual designs in CSS

● Experience leading and designing product features, from idea to production system

● Experience with developing and maintaining production enterprise grade systems

● Skilled in writing clean, high quality, solid, readable and secure code that scales

● Experience with relational and non-relational databases

● Excellent problem solving skills and a drive to learn

● Team player, sense of ownership and sense of urgency

● Comfortable working in Linux

● BA/B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
