Bookkeeper and payroll accountant


About The Position

Responsible for preparation and control of monthly/quarterly/annual financial activity for Imubit’s Israeli subsidiary. This includes journal entries, accounts payable, purchase orders, bank reconciliations, payroll. The role will additionally include assisting with preparation of financial statements, audit requests, tax requests, and other ad hoc requests.  


-            Certificate and/or diploma in accounting

-             2-3 years of work experience, with SaaS related accounting experience preferred

-             Prior experience working with an USA based company

-             Advanced excel skills

-            Fluent in English and Hebrew

Duties and Responsibilities:

-            Accounts payable including vendor onboarding, PO creation, & invoice approval in Israel

-             Treasury and payroll activities

-             Assist with month end close including general ledger account reconciliations and journal entries

-             Prepare month financial reports

-             Audit and tax requests

-            Payroll preparation

-            Financial focal point for Imubit’s Israeli employees

-            Comply with all related laws and regulations pertaining to the position and country
