Bruce Culpepper currently serves on the Imubit Advisory Board. He brings 40 years of experience to his advisory, most recently serving as US Country Chair and President of Shell Oil Company.
His roles have involved engaging with public, private, media and non-governmental leaders on a wide range of energy policy issues. In his over 30 years at Shell, Bruce was accountable for developing and advocating for innovative, industry-leading solutions to the challenge of securing safe, affordable and sustainable energy sources. He has served in a number of upstream and downstream leadership positions of increasing responsibility and scope in both the US and internationally.
He graduated with honors from the University of Alabama in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management.
