Tara Sussman is Imubit’s Vice President of People and a strategic people leader with over 18 years of experience scaling high-growth companies and enterprise HR transformation. She specializes in building global People strategies that connect talent, leadership, and culture directly to business performance, innovation, and customer value creation.
She began her career as a leadership coach before moving into HR Business Partner and People leadership roles at American Express, where she led organizational transformations and helped bring in the technical talent required to fuel the company’s digital evolution. She later transitioned into high-growth startups, where she built global People systems and leadership capabilities that supported rapid scale and cultural transformation.
Tara’s approach centers on aligning People mechanisms — including hiring, performance management, organizational design, and leadership effectiveness directly to company outcomes. At Imubit, Tara partners closely with the executive leadership team to architect the workforce, leadership capabilities, and cultural foundation required to support the company’s next chapter of growth and help industrial clients transcend what they thought was possible through AI-driven process optimization.
