VP of People
Robin McCaffrey serves as Imubit’s VP of People and leads the global human resources team. In this role, Robin is dedicated to the support, growth, and transformation of Imubit’s business to remain a leader in the industry through attracting, developing, and retaining extraordinary talent worldwide. The human resource team focuses on aligning the organization to the business strategy, brand building, and an ongoing commitment to promoting a culture of excellence within Imubit.
Robin brings over 20 years of global HR experience to this position. Prior to joining Imubit, Robin served as Global HR Lead at o9 Solutions, HR Consultant at Toyota, and HR Business Partner at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Robin has a variety of experience working in the technology and financial services industries, including experience in leading global teams and helping companies scale for growth from start-up to large-size.
Robin holds a BS in Business Management and is SHRM-SCP Certified.
