Imubit is looking for a top-notch Administrative Assistant to help disrupt the process industries with breakthrough machine learning technologies.

We are looking for:

You, a resourceful, tech-savvy, highly efficient admin, who pays attention to details and has a passion for getting things right the first time. You’re trustworthy and you have exceptional judgment; you recognize the best ways to prioritize your tasks and daily support of the administration and back-office team. You are organized, yet adaptable and skilled with multitasking; able to execute and deliver quickly. You are a people person with amazing communication skills, looking to join a fast-growing team in a market-defining company. 

In this position you will:

  • Work closely with the office manager and HR team, by providing administrative assistance, such as scheduling appointments, ordering office supplies and excepting deliveries. 
  • Support the office manager with planning and executing events and office meetings.
  • Supporting back-office team in maintaining comprehensive and accurate records. 
  • Supporting the office manager with maintaining the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Hustle every day and make a significant impact on the company’s efficient growth.
  • Grow with the position, own it, and take it to the next level.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Passion for customer service; willing to go the extra mile without hesitation and on short notice.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and excellent English.
  • Tech-savvy; you are familiar with Google tools and use the latest apps to help automate and manage your time efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
