We are looking for:

You, an HR leader, are responsible for coordinating activities based on company policies and employment laws. You have a deep understanding of the company's strategy and work hard to support talent and performance management. With your impressive track record, you are a proactive and accomplished senior HR professional who provides operational leadership for multiple regions. Your success lies in improving company effectiveness and designing effective training strategies that engage employees through courses, workshops, and plans. Your reputation is built on building employee trust, achieving results, and being a loyal supporter of the company's goals and objectives.


Responsibilities: 

  • Business Acumen and Data Insights: 
  • Use HR analytics to improve talent and business capabilities and influence positive culture change. Build a solid understanding of the industry, market, and functional trends to craft business-specific talent strategies driven by data insights. Identify and surface trends in both qualitative and quantitative data to help improve organizational health, using data to make smart, informed decisions.
  • Consultation
  • Build relationships with business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution. Partner and provide expert coaching and consulting advice to leaders to drive a high-performing culture. An ability to build long-term, trusting relationships with team members.
  • Confidence to have a strong point of view and express it even if it proves unpopular. Champions the culture, while embracing regional and cultural differences in working styles. Collaborate with people leaders to investigate employee relations concerns and disciplinary actions and provide consultation, guidance and coaching to ensure issue resolution and team member development.
  • Diversity and Inclusion:
  • Create and Implement DEIB projects and company strategies that support organizational values and goals. Raise awareness and engage others to build an inclusive workforce and culture. Review current practices and policies, assessing and analyzing the extent to which they support or hinder the company's diversity and inclusion goal.
  • HR Operations:
  • Provide overall direction in the day-to-day operations and projects of the Human Resources department, including setting priorities to meet the overall Human Resources goals and managing (HRIS, Benefits, and Leave of Absence Programs). Team leadership of HR Managers, HR Associate and recruiter. Ensures all federal, state, local laws, and company HR-policies are proactively managed. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop, review, and finalize policies, ensuring consistency and adherence to legal requirements. Serve as the owner of GDPR and other legal requirements across all locations. Continuously identify and drive process improvement utilizing tools to prioritize, leverage technology, and streamline business processes.
  • Performance Management and Total Rewards: 
  • 360 feedback/performance management. Develop and support performance management systems that promote accountability, provide support, and feedback, and recognize team member performance and achievement
  • Learning & Development
  • Talent Mindset . Collaborate to develop practical HR strategy and career development management plans to align with business goals of attracting, retaining, developing, and engaging diverse, hardworking talent. Provide guidance and input on workforce planning, succession planning, and other team member development and retention activities, building a talent management process across functions and cultivating and reinforcing a meaningful team culture.  
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Identification, review, analysis, and design of compensation programs/policies to identify changes needed for a compelling, competitive, locally compliant, and equitable compensation approach. The approach should be cost effective and consistent with company objectives. Ensure successful annual compensation planning, including, but not limited to, execution of base salary, short- and long-term incentive programs, and all related communications and administration. Develop, sustain, and evolve a job architecture that provides a foundation for compensation practices and analytics; enables talent initiatives; and drives equitable, efficient, and transparent programs.



Required Skills and Experience: 


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field.
  • Global HR experience required; familiar with entering new regions
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred 
  • 5+ years of Human Resource leadership experience with proven results leading HR initiatives within a fast-paced, high-tech, growth environment, including responsibility for employee and organizational development.
  • L&D experience required - Design and deliver courses, workshops and other trainings
  • HRBP experience prefeered
  • Experience working daily with C-level Operations Management
  • Extensive knowledge of principles & practices of HR, including HR regulations and compliance
  • Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships to coach and influence leaders and stakeholders to drive organizational change.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills.
  • Strong facilitation/presentation skills.
  • Strong Project Management skills.
  • High level of initiative and motivation to quickly resolve challenges.
  • Experience leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives
